เมื่อวันที่ 25 มีนาคม 2559 สถาบันเหล็กและเหล็กกล้าแห่งประเทศไทย โดยความร่วมมือกับสถาบันเหล็กและเหล็กเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ จัดงานสัมมนา SEAISI Travelling Seminar 2016 ในหัวข้อ “Management Tools  for  Operational Excellence” โดยมีวิทยากรจาก บริษัทชั้นนำระดับโลกจาก 4 ประเทศมาบรรยายในหัวข้อต่างๆ ดังนี้

 Topic 1 “Drivers  of Operational Excellence” By  Mr. Abud Alnatour  from  One Steel, Australia                       

 Topic 2 “Steel as an Eco-Material”  By  Dr. Kenichiro Fujimoto  from Nippon Steel and Sumitomo  Metals Corporation ,Japan

 Topic 3“Introduction of POSCO Innovation and Visual Planning”  By Ms. Kyoung-Hee Park  from POSCO, South Korea

Topic 4 “The Tools applied   to  Production Quality Improvement and Management” By Mr. Kuo Huei Chen from Walsin Lihwa, Taiwan
